Main Reaearch Fields

My research area is high performance computing, the main research contents include

accelerating core algorithms of multiple cross disciplines (such as Life sciences,

Physics, Chemistry, medicine, Pharmacy, etc.) on different computing platforms, such

as multi-core CPU, multi-core processor mic, graphics processing unit GPU, Field

Programmable gate array FPGA. According to the characteristics of different computing

platforms, the algorithm redesign, implementation, optimization and porting are carried

out in order to obtain better performance improvement, so as to help the scientists to

improve the research efficiency and accelerate their research process.
